I have just finished writing the second of today's two clubgowi subscriber newsletters, the notes ran to almost 6,000 words and included previews of nine matches, three from Ligue 2 in France, two Championship, one League 1 and three Premier League games from England.
League 2: Leyton Orient- Newport County
I am very keen on Orient in Kevin Nolan's home debut as player/head coach. He kept himself on the bench at the weekend in a 2-0 away win against promotion hopefuls Wycombe Wanderers, that was his first match in charge and just the O's second win in eleven starts and 3rd in 14 since their 3-1 road loss at Hartlepool back in November, where we sided with the host .........
EPL:Sunderland- Aston Villa
I felt Sunderland deserved a point from their Wednesday home game with Liverpool ...........
No selections, two "winners", no official selections in the clubgowi Monday newsletter, but we had to talk about something ! The Everton-Palace game saw two goals come late (final 15 miutes) as was highlighted as likely and the Cowboys won 19-16........
The NFL, EPL and FA Cup games were all of some interest, but look more or less correctly priced and I will pass.
