Notes on Grenoble above, they lost that 1-0 to Lorient and followed up with a 3-2 loss at Valenciennes last Friday, they had Coulibaly and Spano back (see above), but gave up a lot of big chances and were already trailing (by the final score) when Spano was sent off late and he will again be absent today. Brest are perhaps the best team in Ligue 2 have lost just 1 /21, scored in 20 , but the goals have dried up a little desite that amazing record, with just one goal in each of their last eight starts, after 30 in the previous 13. They have been wasteful in front of goal, but are still creating a lot of good opportunities and still miserly defensively and they finish games incredibly strongly, especially as home team with an amazing 15-1 second half goal difference as host. That always makes it "OK" to wait for better odds where they are concerned and with Grenoble not having scored a road goal inside the opening 20 minutes in over six months this could be a slow boiler . I would not put anyone off "waiting" and then back Brest and /or "over", but on this occasion I think it might be time for things to click again for the host and want to go with ................

 

 

 

 

That was a winner too at very nice odds, with Brest winning 3-1, but is was 1-1 at half time and I highlighted the possibilities available in sitting out for a while and betting "in running" and, at the break, Brest traded at 2.23 to win, 4.03 -1 ball (the original selection) and the "over" 3.5 goal market @ 2.29 all of which obliged.
