MLS betting tip: Sporting KC- Houston Dynamo ........

MLS: Sporting KC- Houston Dynamo
I opposed SKC for their trip to Minnesota United last week where my notes included ..........
They (United) finished 4th in the Western Conference, only gave up 43 goals an improvement of 0.823 per game, with just 13 coming at home where they boasted a 10-6-1 record which included a 2-1 win over SKC whom they finished 15 points in front of. They also beat Sporting 4-1 here in the US Open Cup, they are unbeaten in six h2h home starts (both stadiums) and also saw off SKC 2-1 at the MIB tournament to confirm recent superiority in the series. I feel this game has been priced more on SKC historically being a MLS "name" than anything we have seen in the last say 18 months, Sporting will be much better this season and were a little unlucky to lose in Florida, but there are signs that United have improved still further defensively, giving up almost a shot per game less than last season through the six starts to date and that dealing with a couple of injury issues.
SKC won a sloppy game 2-1 and I felt they were deserved winners, United head coach Adrian Heath saw things differently but I think he had his rose tinted spectacles on and his team have some major issues which we can talk about when we next discuss Minnesota.
Sporting have a lot of momentum now and sit atop of the Western Conference having won 5 of their 6 starts, they are playing their second game in KC today against Houston Dynamo, their first was over five months ago and also against Dynamo if you can believe that ! SKC won that 4-0, I am not sure Houston can be as bad again, but the truth is they do not need to be as they might have lost the first meeting by 6-7 goals ! The visitors are still winless and look and feel a team in transition, head coach Wilmer Cabrera and subsequent interim boss Davy Arnaud have departed and replaced by former US U20 coach Tab Ramos, who has not been involved day to day in MLS football for almost two decades. He has been charged with stopping the rot at a club who have made the playoffs just once in seven years and gone backwards in the last two and Ramos has to do so having lost a couple of key players and on the second smallest budget in MLS. Worst of all Houston have lost 16/18 on the road, conceding at the rate of 2.44 goals per game.
2 units Sporting KC -1.25 ball 2.19 asian line/Sportmarket.
Good luck !
